SEAI offers a number of grants to help you upgrade your home. Grants offered are provided by the Government of Ireland through the Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland (SEAI)
There are a number of ways to plan and manage your home energy upgrade and grant applications.
Option A – One Stop Shop – the One Stop Shop service is a complete home energy upgrade solution. You can choose our One Stop Shop service if your home qualifies for the OSS grant and you are ready to undertake a number of home energy upgrade measures all at once.
The One Stop Shop offers a wider range of grants than individual measures, including window and door upgrades, (see chart below), however, there are specific requirements, house types, and post-work energy improvements required in order to qualify for the grant.

Option B – Individual Home Energy Upgrades
If your home doesn’t qualify for the One Stop Shop grant, or it isn’t suited to your needs, your other option is to use the individual grant route.
The work is partly funded with SEAI grants and you will need to apply for the grant yourself before we can commence work. We can advise you on this process before you start. You will need to check the SEAI website for individual grant amounts.
